Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum will launch on Wednesday at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).
The inaugural annual forum convenes 1,000 prominent government and private sector leaders for future transformation in leadership and management to best achieve the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum of making Dubai the world’s best city. Forum discussions also seek to identify the best practices in leadership and management.
Objectives
Organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD), the Forum seeks to gather the best leaders, minds and ideas to catalyze a shift in management and leadership thinking that ultimately results in the development of an unparalleled human experience in Dubai.
The forum also seeks to instill strategic leadership practices derived from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s philosophy of proactive decision-making and forward thinking. It strives to institutionalize his vision of leadership by converting it into an operational guide that directs all government entities within Dubai to improve performance efficiency and sustain excellence in areas.
Another important goal is to develop a new generation of leaders who are motivated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid’s style of leadership and management, so that Dubai can maintain its leadership.
The Forum also offers a platform for sharing expertise and showcasing success stories across the globe, further improving government leaders’ capacity to counter challenges with innovation and speed. His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Chairman of the Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Chairman of the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD), said: “The Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum convenes the top 1,000 leadership figures in Dubai to discuss realising the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for making Dubai the world’s best city.”
