Mohammed Bin Rashid Issues Decree Appointing
  • His Highness issues decisions appointing Jamal Al Muhairi as Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Civil Defense and promoting 2,247 police and security services personnel.

As the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, has issued a Decree No. 34 of 2025 appointing Lieutenant General Rashid Thani Al Matrooshi as Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Civil Defense.

His Highness issued Decision No. 26 of 2025 appointed Major General Jamal Bin Aded Al Muhairi as the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Dubai Civil Defense. The decision and the decree are effective from the date of the issuance and will publish in the Official Gazette.

Moreover, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed issued the decisions of promoting 6,247 personnel serving with the law enforcement and concerned entities with public safety and security in Dubai, that includes the State Security Department in Dubai, Dubai Police, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, and the General Command of Dubai Civil Defense.
