Dubai Health received the Epic Gold Stars Level 10 that is designated for its Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system ranking among the top 3% of the healthcare institutions worldwide that use the Epic system to get recognition.
The Epic’s Gold Stars Program is a global, 10-level system for evaluating a healthcare institution’s readiness for adopting and utilizing the Epic’s EMR system.
The Level 10, the program’s highest distinction, is usually awarded to the institutions who use over 95% of the system’s Gold Star features.
A Global Benchmark in Digital Healthcare
The announcement was made at the Epic User Group Meeting 2025 in Wisconsin, USA, here healthcare leaders from Epic customers from around the world to review advances in the medical technology.

The achievement marks an important milestone in Dubai Health’s continued efforts to deliver a smart, seamless and convenient healthcare service to patients, aligning with international best practices and standards.
Atif Albraiki, Chief Digital and Al Officer at Dubai Health, said; “Achieving Level 10 in the Epic Gold Stars Program, and joining the top 3% of healthcare institutions worldwide using Epic system, reflects our commitment to using advanced technologies to elevate the quality of our healthcare services.”
