Mezze Platter Recipe
Mezze recipes is a mix of exquisitelyselected small courses blended together onto one large tray or board. It canconsist of cold and warm dishes, veg and non-veg food, and a mix of creamy,crunchy, savory, tangy, and sweet.

Dips:
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup baba ghanoush
- 1 cup tzatziki
Breads:
- 6 pcs pita breads (triangular cut)
- 1 pcs lavash, cut into pieces
Proteins:
- 10 pcs falafel balls
- 6 pcs lamb kofta skewers
Cheeses:
- 1 pcs block of feta, cubed
- 6 pcs grilled halloumi slices
Vegetables:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup pickled turnips
- 1 cup dolmas
Crunch:
- 1/2 cup of roasted almonds
- 1/2 cup of dried apricots
- 2 tbsp of pomegranate seeds
Place small individualbowls of hummus, baba ghanoush, and tzatziki in the center of your platter.
Cut pita and lavash intotriangle or strip bite shape and place nearby.
Place falafel and koftaskewers standing at each opposite end of the board to balance out thearrangement.
Heap raw vegetables, pickle vegetables, and cheesein clumps on the platter.
Place nuts, seeds, anddried fruits sprinkled over the position spaces.
Garnish dips with a dollopof olive oil and herb sprinkle.
Offer lemon wedges and forklets.
