- 2 cups flour (whole wheat or all-purpose)
- 2 ½ cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Optional Toppings:
- Honey
- Melted ghee or butter
- Date syrup
- Savory stew
Combine ½ cup flour with 1 cup cold water and make a slurry.
Boil 1 ½ cups of water in a pot. Add salt.
Gradually add the slurry, stirring.
Gradually add in the remaining flour while stirring constantly until a thick dough is achieved.
Cover and steam on low for an additional 5 minutes.
Shape, top, and serve hot!
